A Bespoke Service
Every practice is different and every dentist prefers to work in his or her own way, additionally some practices have legacy payment plans from other providers. That’s why CODEplan is a bespoke solution designed to suit your individual needs and branded for your own practice to strengthen goodwill and patient loyalty:
- A consultant will perform an extensive practice analysis, including the required hourly rate, the patient mix, the team communication skills and your personal and practice goals
- Treatment fees are reviewed and we can help you to set them
- You decide upon the chosen plan elements such as prevention, registration only, and treatments covered. The most effective implementation strategy is scheduled
- Patient data is collected and we create the mailing list, either from existing software or if the practice is not yet computerised we lend you a laptop for the collection of names and addresses
- We will prepare a letter, approved by you before mailing it to the patients free of charge
- We train the practice team on the benefits of the new scheme and how to administer it. Scripts are developed for use when talking to patients about the plan. Additional training is provided as required.
- Free marketing assistance:
- The design and print of a brochure to be sent out with the letter
- Printed application forms
- A poster for reception
- Free copies of a matching interest free credit brochure
- Marketing and branding concepts and ideas
- The application forms are returned to us in freepost envelopes and we set up the payment facility. Payments are monitored and we contact any patients whose debits fail. Each month a report will be sent to you detailing who has paid and how much, who has joined or left and the names of all patients on the plan. You will be informed if a patient has cancelled their direct debit. We will contact any patient who cancels the plan or their direct debit without the required 3 months notice.
- Further meetings or training will be provided as necessary and we will assess your needs as the implementation progresses
